Prices given for the Woodland Shacks and Meadow Yurts are per unit (not per person) for a three or four night break. The Shacks sleep up to 7 and the Yurts sleep up to 5. Please note that there are sometimes two night weekends and late availability offers running on our Special Offers page.

Rates are current as at June 2012 inclusive of VAT, and may fluctuate.

Changeover days are usually Fridays and Mondays, but after a Bank Holiday Weekend the weekend stay will run from a Friday to a Tuesday.  Rates are adjusted for this accordingly.

Bookings for Yurts can only be taken between 15th March and 15th October. Bookings for the Woodland Shacks and Bunk Barn can be taken all year, including Christmas and New Year, apart from 5th January to 5th February when Bivouac accommodation closes.

Deposit
On arrival you will be required to leave a Pre-Authorised amount of £300 for Woodland Shacks £200 for Meadow Yurts and £50 for Bunk Barn. The Pre-Authorised amount will be made available to the customer no later than 10 days after your stay. Please bring with you a Credit or Debit Card as you will be asked for this on arrival at the reception when checking in. Failure to do so could lead to your booking being cancelled.
Pre-Authorisation: A pre-Authorisation does not take the funds out of the account but will place a hold on the given amount. no funds will be taken from the customer with out prior warning or agreement from or with the Bivouac
